Raising the Bar: July 2012 Bar Exam Results

RWU Law graduates historically turn in strong bar exam performances, an important springboard to a successful legal career. In July 2012, first-time takers passed Rhode Island at 86%, Massachusetts at 86% and Connecticut at 90%, beating the state average in all three. Moreover, in the states that release comparative data, RWU Law graduate results surpassed those of regional peer institutions.

“Our secret is simple,” said Dean David A. Logan. “Recruit a pool of talented, hard-working students, provide them a rigorous education in a supportive environment, delivered by a highly-credentialed faculty teaching a broad array of electives built around a strong core curriculum –and then send them out to compete successfully with the best and brightest from other schools.”
