Public Interest Opportunities

The Feinstein Institute was created to foster a culture of public service in the law school.  We have a vibrant guest speakers each year, participate in two national public interest job fairs in DC and at NYU School of Law, have an active student Association for Public Interest Law, and provide numerous opportunities to help you find public interest summer internships, public service placements, pro bono work, or post-graduate public interest fellowships.  We work closely with the Career Services office on developing as many public interest job opportunities as possible.  The key to finding a great public interest job is getting as much public interest experience as possible during law school, and we provide you with loads of opportunities to do just that.
