Commencement Ceremony Information

Diplomas
Prior to graduation you will be notified to complete the Graduation Information form by the Alumni Office. From the information you provide on this form this office will order your diplomas. Please review your information carefully before you submit your form.  Form may be accessed at:  Graduation Information Form

Student Account Balances
Outstanding balance statements will be sent to all graduating students this first week of April. All balances must be paid in full to be eligible for graduation.

Bar Certifications
Rhode Island: Applications may be downloaded at http://courts.state.ri.us

The following information should be provided to this office:

• Deans Certification (2 pages)
• Handwriting Sample
• Letter authorizing release of academic information (ie: transcripts, copy of admission application)

This office will send your signed Dean’s Certification, along with handwriting sample, Law School certification of handwriting sample, official transcript and a photo copy of your admissions application directly to the Bar Examiner’s Office.

Massachusetts (Download Application)
The following information should be provided to this office:

• Deans Certification (1 Page)
• This office will send your signed Dean’s Certification directly to the Bar Examiner’s office.
