Email email@example.com to request an appointment to meet. Please detail specifically what you would like to work on. The Writing Specialist works with students on general writing, such as organization, grammar, and punctuation. So if you want to work on grammar or punctuation, detail exactly what, such as pronoun agreement, wordiness, or comma placement.
After I know what you specifically want to work on, I will then suggest online resources you should review to prepare for our meeting, such as the rules for comma found on my webpage. And I will ask you to email me several days and times that you will be available in the next two weeks.
NOTE WELL: NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO AN APPOINTMENT, please supply the Writing Specialist with a copy of any document on which you want to work.
Be considerate to your fellow students and cancel any appointment that you do not intend on keeping so that someone else may use the time.
