In addition to the offerings of the Academic Support Program, here are a few resources available to you from the Law Library to help you to prepare for and take exams:
- CALI lessons to gauge your understanding of the legal concepts discussed in your courses. If you have not already signed up to access the CALI lessons, you will need to obtain the Law School’s Authorization Code to create your own login.
- Study aids on numerous subjects. The main study aids are the West/Thomson Reuters hornbooks and nutshells, the LexisNexis “Understanding ....” series, Aspen Publishers Examples and Explanations series, and Foundation Press Concepts and Insights series. Check the RWU Law Guides Study Aids series for more information.
- Books containing tips on preparing for and taking exams. The RWU Law Guides TimeSaver: Study of Law includes a listing of relevant books in the collection.
- Study Rooms. These are a hot commodity during exams! They are a shared resource. Please be considerate and follow the Room Reservation Policy.
- If you have any questions about the above resources, please do not hesitate to ask the Librarian on duty at the Reference Desk or staff at the Circulation Desk for assistance. You can also Ask a Librarian, email LawLibraryHelp@rwu.edu or call 401-254-4547.
