Last week saw the release of the latest edition of an empirical project that began in 2007, one that compares how frequently various law faculties place their scholarship in the top law reviews, and once again the results received favorable attention on leading blogs published by Brian Leiter (U of Chicago) http://leiterlawschool.typepad.com/leiter/2013/03/updated-study-of-per-capita-faculty-productivity.html and Paul Caron (Cincinnati) http://taxprof.typepad.com/taxprof_blog/2013/03/publication-study.html.
