RWU Law Prof Looks at The American Empire through Unique Lens

Now he is taking on a much broader topic: the making of the “American Empire.” With a co-author from the Princeton faculty, Michael is considering some fundamental understandings of property rights by looking closely at the treatment of Indian lands and the expropriation of intellectual property from indigenous peoples.  The article, appearing soon in the Hawaii Law Review, has already gone viral, picked up and favorably treated on the leading blog The Faculty Lounge http://www.thefacultylounge.org/2013/05/property-law-and-american-empire.html.
