Sample Exams!

If you are fortunate, your professor has placed prior exams on Reserve.  Search the Law Library’s WebCatalog by professor or course to locate available exams.  Also, several publications in the Law Library’s Reserve collection contain sample exams along with sample answers.  Here are a few publications to look at if you have time:

Barbri Bar Review: First Year Review (KF388 .B372 2006) has review questions and answers on Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Contracts, Criminal Law, Property, and Torts.

Mastering the Law School Exam (KF283 .D37 2007) includes questions and answers on Business Organizations, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Contracts, Criminal Law, Evidence, Property, and Torts. 

Pass the Bar (KF303 .R54 2006) provides questions and answers on Agency, Contracts, Criminal Law, Family Law, Professional Responsibility, Sales, Secured Transactions, Torts, and Wills.

Rigos Bar Review Series: Multistate Essay Exam Review (KF303 .R54 2008/09b) contains sample essays and answers on seventeen subject areas.

Scoring High on Bar Exam Essays (KF303 .G35 2006) offers eighty sample essays and answers taken from several state’s bar exams.  Subjects tested include Constitutional Law, Contracts & Sales, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Federal Jurisdiction & Procedure, Real Property, and Torts.

Each book may be checked out for two hours for use in the Law Library.
