In preparation for the upcoming visit of Associate Justice Stephen Breyer, Associate Law Librarian Lucinda Harrison-Cox has created a display in the lobby of the law school building.  Take note of the number of faculty who have submitted briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court!  In addition to the display, the law library has created a guide to various resources for researching the Court, including a few mentioned here. The Law Library offers free unlimited access to the CVN Law School Audio CaseFiles and Video Training Library. Via the CVN (Courtroom View Network) Law School website, you can download the audio of case excerpts from casebooks in MP3 format. Search for cases by case name, casebook or subject. To hone your trial and appellate advocacy skills, watch the video of civil litigation or trial advocacy video clips. Make sure to use your law school email address when signing up for access!
