"Two Outta Three ain't Bad."

Well, it is that time of year again. People are dressing up in funny looking “Harry Potter”-type garments and looking to the bar, while others are looking to summer internships and/or classes. For me and the rest of the class of 2012, we are looking forward to our concluding year of law school. As a friend and fellow classmate of mine, Justin Touhey, told me recently “two out of three ain’t bad,” reminiscing over another classic 1980’s anthem from Meatloaf.
