This has been my busiest semester yet as far as exam taking goes.  I've taken five finals so far and I have one left to go.  And then, that's it - my 2L year is over. I remember the welcome to high school speech that was presented to me and my class as 9th graders, entering the big, grown up world of high school.  The principal stood before me and informed me that these next four years would be over before I knew it.  Well, that was true.  And as I entered each level of higher education, I was told the same thing in the welcome speeches, "Enjoy your time here because...

Well, that dreaded time of the semester (finals) has come once again.  This is off topic for this entry, but I hate finals.  I'll write more on why another time, and will just summarize by stating finals are a law student's living hell.  It's a time of constant studying, stress, and feeling like you're drowning.  Having three kids to take care of on top of studying for six finals is, ohhh . . . a little challenging.
