The nation needs the kind of debate it had during the 1912 presidential election. Believe it or not, one of the principal campaign topics involved antitrust law. All four candidates – Woodrow Wilson, Theodore Roosevelt, Howard Taft, and Eugene Debs – spoke about antitrust on the campaign trail. And the public listened with keen interest.
