The annual intramural softball tournament sponsored by the RWU Law Student Bar Association added a new twist this fall…a team of veterans from past incarnations of the elite Mighty Quahog teams that have successfully competed regionally and nationally (click here) came to town to take on teams of current RWU law students. Being a law student, most days are filled with breakfast, reading, class, reading, reading, lunch, class, reading, reading, dinner, reading, one TV show to relax, bed, and repeat. Exercise Your Rights – To Vote and Learn More about Election Law November 6, the day for state-wide voting in the general election in Rhode Island, is fast approaching!  To learn more about acceptable forms of ID to be in compliance with the state’s new Voter ID law, check out the Office of the Secretary of State Rhode Island Voter Information Handbook 2012.  The Handbook contains information about voting procedures and the text of the state referenda.
