Photography
The Office of Alumni, Programs & Events will have a professional photographer in the Field House prior to the ceremony for a class photo. The photo will be taken at 11:45 a.m. If you are not assembled at that time, you will not be included in the historic photograph. Graduates will receive a 5 x 7" print from the Law Alumni Association. Additional prints may be purchased directly from Commencement Photos, Inc. at 978-851-5924. Due to safety regulations, family members and friends must remain in their seats throughout the ceremony. No guest will be permitted to stand in the aisles during the ceremony. Members of the audience using cameras may take pictures or videos from their seat.

Commencement Video
Roger Williams University Media Services will record the ceremony. Graduates will receive a copy sent to their home addresses. Be sure your address is current.  Send address updates to lawevents@rwu.edu

Regalia
Graduates must get measured for their Law School regalia, consisting of a robe, hood, and tam, ordered through the School of Law Bookstore.  Regalia is available for pick-up in the Bookstore. Tams are the graduates to keep. Robes and hoods are to be returned to the School of Law Bookstore table following the ceremony in the Field House. The class ring representative visit has already occurred. Please call the Bookstore with any questions, (401) 254-4592.

Flowers
Commencement Flowers, Inc. will be on campus for Commencement day.  Flowers may be purchased on Commencement day near the tent entrance or you may pre-order them at http://www.commencementflowers.com/index.php?id=ROWI1.

Parking
Parking is available at no charge. All graduates and guests should enter through the North Gate for parking. Public Safety will direct vehicles. Traffic will be heavy, please allow extra time to arrive on campus. Commencement Parking Map
