Rhode Island Government Intern Program
Because Roger Williams is the only law school in Rhode Island, our students are uniquely situated to gain meaningful, hands-on, legal experience working for Rhode Island judges and government agencies through The Rhode Island State Government Intern Program. All students, but particularly 1L students, are strongly encouraged to participate in this program to gain practical experience, explore their interests, and make connections in the legal community. Each 1L and 2L student will be invited to interview on-campus with the Rhode Island State Government Intern Program for both summer and academic-year internships.
