Constance A. Howes, Esq., FACHE is an Adjunct Professor, teaching Health Law and Policy. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Kenyon College and a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. After practicing business law in private practice, she served as General Counsel of Care New England Health System and as President and CEO of Women & Infants Hospital.
