This course addresses the lawyer’s craft of interviewing and counseling clients, with a particular focus on
clients considering or involved in civil litigation. The course provides both a theoretical framework and practical experience. Skills are introduced and honed through lectures, demonstrations, discussions, role playing and simulations, a client advice letter, and critiques.
