1 This course (taught by Professor Teresa Paiva-Weed) will review the role of the Guardian ad Litem in both domestic cases as well as child abuse and neglect cases. The class will include an overview of the law and its practical application in a variety of custody disputes, including religious and education disagreements and relocation issues.
