David J. Strachman, a partner at McIntyre Tate LLP in Providence, has represented dozens of terrorism victims in suits against the Palestinian Authority, PLO, HAMAS, Syria and Lybya. He is the author of "Cases and Materials on Civil Terrorism Law".
