Elizabeth Colagiovanni is a tax attorney specializing in international corporate tax as well as tax controversy issues for both corporate and individual clients against the IRS and state tax authorities. Areas of practice have been in taxation of expatriates, income tax treaties, and global corporate structuring. She also is an adjunct professor of law and taxation at Bentley University in Waltham, MA and an online lecturer at Boston University School of Law Graduate Tax Program.
