The Honorable Arthur Votolato was until recently the Chief Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island.  Appointed in 1968, Judge Votolato was the first Bankruptcy Judge appointed in Rhode Island served as the state’s only Bankruptcy Judge for 44 years.
