The Honorable Dennis Curran is an Associate Justice in the Massachusetts Superior Court, where he has presided over 350 civil and criminal trials. Before that, he was in the trenches as a Boston trial attorney for over twenty years, having achieved an "AV" (the highest) rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
