The Honorable Patricia A. Sullivan is a United States Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court, District of Rhode Island. She was appointed in 2012. Prior to her appointment to the bench, she was a partner with Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP (formerly Edwards & Angell, LLP and Edwards Angell Palmer Dodge, LLP).

She was the recipient of the 2014 Federal Bar Association’s Elaine R. “Boots” Fisher Public Service Award given annually to one lawyer in the United States for “exemplary community, public and charitable service” and the 2013 Ronald McDonald House of Providence Award for “Exceptional Leadership in Our Community.”
