Jerry Cohen is a partner in the Boston and Providence law firm of Burns & Levinson LLP, where he is co-chair of its IP/Science and Technology Department. He is presently the President of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation.  He has more than 40 years of experience as a lawyer dealing with issues including patent, copyright, trademark, unfair competition, licensing and franchising.
