Law Review

The Roger Williams University Law Review is a scholarly law journal, which is managed, edited, and published by students of Roger Williams University School of Law.

The Law Review publishes three issues each academic year. The Fall issue is devoted to topics with a national focus, the Spring issue concerns topics with a unique Rhode Island flavor, and a third issue each year highlights academic symposia directed by the RWU faculty.

Committed to serving both a national and Rhode Island audience, the Law Review is distributed to law school libraries, government institutions, private law firms, and individual subscribers. Each volume contains a comprehensive range of articles, essays, and student notes and comments. Additionally, the Spring issue features a topical survey of Rhode Island law.

Above all, the Law Review is committed to full, frank discussions regarding any and all legally significant issues.
