To use the chat feature of Ask a Librarian:
Verify that Ask a Librarian is “Online.”
Enter your name and RWU email address.
Type your question.
If Ask a Librarian is “Offline”:
You will be given the option to contact the reference staff via e-mail at LawLibraryHelp@rwu.edu.
You may also contact a librarian by:
Call (401) 254-4547.
Visit the Reference Desk in the Law Library.
For complex questions:
Students are encouraged to schedule a time to meet with a reference librarian in person or via Zoom to learn what library services and resources are available to them.
Ask a Librarian is normally available when reference service is available.
Reference hours are generally Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
