Mark Heffner is the principal of the elder law firm of Heffner & Associates.  The firm's practice focuses on Medicaid planning and qualification, estate planning and probate proceedings involving both guardianships and decedent estates.  Attorney Heffner served for ten years as a member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, and is currently a member of the Rhode Island State Ethics Commission.
