Mary H. Weiss was the General Counsel of Driehaus Capital Management LLC and Driehaus Securities LLC, an investment management firm and securities broker-dealer located in Chicago, Illinois, from February 1995 to April 2012.  Previously, she was an Assistant Regional Director (Enforcement) of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 1977 to 1995, and an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia from 1974 to 1977.
