    The PBC Expungement Project with Nixon Peabody LLP recently held its first clinic at the RI Coalition for the Homeless' offices in Pawtucket. In a two hour period, Attorney Tim Baldwin and RWU Law 3L Jaime Rogers met with over 15 individuals and either helped them understand why their records were not eligible for expungement or agreed to assist them in getting their records expunged.  The clinic was highlighted in a Providence Journal article on September 30.     From Rhode Island Monthly, April 2011 issue, on newstands now... CLASS ACTION Roger Williams School of Law held its annual Public Interest Law Auction at the Peerless Atrium in Downcity. Guests enjoyed food by Cuban Revolution and live jazz while bidding on more than a hundred auction items, ranging from Disney passes to a VIP suite for fifteen at a PawSox game. Nearly $20,000 was raised to fund stipends for students who do public interest legal work.
