Paula Rosin spent thirty-two years in the Appellate Division of the Rhode Island Public Defender's Office, serving as Chief Appellate Attorney for eighteen years prior to her retirement in 2011.  She has represented clients in hundreds of cases before the Rhode Island Supreme Court and has appeared before the federal district court for the District of Rhode Island and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
