Conflicts arising in the East Bay
community can be referred to the clinic
by the parties themselves, or by the
court system, local government officials,
community organizations, or others who
may become aware of the conflict.
The Mediation Clinic asks parties who
request its services to pay a nominal charge,
but it will not refuse assistance on account
of a party’s inability to pay.
