Graduation Information

Commencement Ceremony Information

Diplomas

Prior to graduation you will receive a graduation information package from the Alumni Office. From the information you provide this office will order your diplomas. To insure that your name is spelled correctly we will be notifying all graduates sometime mid-March to come to this office to verify your diploma name.

Student Account Balances

Outstanding balance statements will be sent to all graduating students this first week of April. All must balances must be paid in full to be eligible for graduation.

Bar Certifications

Rhode Island: Applications may be downloaded at http://courts.state.ri.us

The following information should be provided to this office:

• Deans Certification (2 pages)
• Handwriting Sample
• Letter authorizing release of academic information (ie: transcripts, copy of admission application)
• This office will send your Signed Dean’s Certification, along with your handwriting sample, Law School certification of handwriting sample, official transcript and a photo copy of your admissions application directly to the Bar Examiner’s Office.

• Deans Certification (1 Page)
• This office will send your signed Dean’s Certification directly to the Bar Examiner’s office.
