- Researched and drafted legal and legislative materials that helped facilitate the purchase of hundreds of

condominium units by low-income families.

- Advocated on behalf of affordable housing organizations and individuals at risk of losing their homes due

to fraudulent foreclosure practices.

- Protected renters in foreclosed properties from losing their homes.

- Provided direct representation to families living with substandard housing conditions.

- Empowered low-income families through housing rights education.

- Counseled an affordable housing organization on strategies to enforce Rhode Island’s Inclusionary Zoning Law.

- Identified a strategy for the RI Center for Justice to assist low-income, medically vulnerable households

facing life-threatening utility shut-offs.
