Rhode Island Judiciary - The judiciary's home page, including links to the State Law Library and the Board of Bar Examiners.  This site also includes the Rules and Application for Admission to the Rhode Island Bar.

U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Rhode Island - Maintained by the Court, this site includes court information, local rules, forms, case information, and links to other resources.

Legislative
Constitution - Located at the General Assembly's web site.

Bills, Public Laws - Located at the General Assembly's web site.  Bills are available from 1997.   Public Laws are available from 1994.

Sesson Laws via HeinOnline - This service currently provides limited coverage for state sesson laws, but is expected to continue to add retrospective material through to the Colonial period.  [Subscription site. Click here for instructions concerning off-campus access.]

Rhode Island General Assembly - The home page for the General Assembly.

Bristol Municipal Code - Located on Municode.com's web site.

Administrative
Rules and Regulations - This search interface is provided by the Office of the Secretary of State with the goal of allowing improved access to current Rhode Island rules and regulations.

RI.gov - This site provides a centralized portal for individuals and businesses to access Rhode Island government information and services.

Rhode Island Attorney General - The home page for the Office of the Attorney General.

Rhode Island Secretary of State - The Rhode Island On-Line Public Information web site maintained by the Office of the Secretary of State. Includes access to the Rhode Island Government Owner's Manual and a listing a state agencies with links to the agency web sites.

Rhode Island, Division of Taxation - Source for Rhode Island tax regulations, forms, agency newsletters, and information. The site also provides information on electronic filing of taxes.

General 
Rhode Island Bar Association - The home page for the Bar Association.

Rhode Island State Archives and Public Records Administration  - This web site is currently very limited in scope providing basic information on state and local records retention policies.

Rhode Island State Law Library - The State Law Library's site includes a link to their online catalog, information about periodical and electronic resources, and information about the library's hours and policies.

Rhode Island State Library - The Rhode Island State Library provides assistance to members of the General Assembly in the research and preparation of proposed legislation.  The Library houses official documents of the State of Rhode Island. While this site is currently very limited in scope, it does provide an extensive collection of probate forms in addition to information about hours and directions.

News
Providence Journal-Bulletin - Blend of local news, commentary, and searchable classifieds and advertising. The archives contain articles since 1983. The archives may be searched for free, but there is a fee to retrieve an article.

Providence Business News - Articles from the weekly newspaper. An archive is available for searching.

Rhode Island Lawyers Weekly - A commercial site maintained by the publishers of the Rhode Island Lawyers Weekly.
