American Law Sources Online (ALSO!) - This site's goal is to provide "a comprehensive, uniform, and useful compilation of links to all on-line sources of American law that are available without charge." Additional links to sources of commentary and practice aids are also available.

Municipal Code Corporation - Provides access to a collection of municipal codes, including Bristol, East Greenwich, North Kingstown, Providence, Scituate, and South Kingstown in Rhode Island. To use, select the "Online Codes" option.

Municipal Codes - Seattle Public Library - Links to city and county codes available for unrestricted searching through the web.

National Conference of State Legislatures - The Conference's site provides information on the work of the Conference, legislative policy issues, state legislatures, and federal/state relations. It also provides links to legislative web sites.

Sesson Laws via HeinOnline - This service currently provides limited coverage for state sesson laws, but is expected to continue to add retrospective material through to the Colonial period.  [Subscription site. Click here for instructions concerning off-campus access.]

State and Local Governments - Library of Congress - Provides links to organizations of state and local governments and to web sites for each state.

State and Local Governments on the Net - The site provides links to web sites for all 50 states and the American dependencies. Links to multi-state regional organizations and to national organizations of state and local governments are also provided.

WashLaw Web - Washburn University School of Law - Maintained by the Washburn University School of Law Library, this site may be the most comprehensive law school site with over 480 categories organized by jurisdiction and type of legal information.
