Rhode Island Monthly devotes its April 2011 "CityState: Out Takes" feature to RWU Law's annual Public Interest Auction in Providence.

RI MonthlyCLASS ACTION

Roger Williams School of Law held its annual Public Interest Law Auction at the Peerless Atrium in Downcity. Guests enjoyed food by Cuban Revolution and live jazz while bidding on more than a hundred auction items, ranging from Disney passes to a VIP suite for fifteen at a PawSox game. Nearly $20,000 was raised to fund stipends for students who do public interest legal work.
