RWU Magazine Summer 2011: Sea ChangeFrom offshore wind energy to fisheries management, from admiralty law to piracy and international trade, formerly esoteric Marine Law issues are appearing more and more frequently in the public debate – in national and international political circles, among corporate and industry leaders; even around office water coolers.
