Parking

Permit Instructions

Parking for law students during Orientation and throughout the academic year is permitted in designated areas (Lots F, H, I, and J) in the north end of campus.  These parking areas can be accessed through the north campus entrance on Route 136/Metacom Avenue. Beginning August 1, students may obtain parking permits online.  Details will be posted on the admitted students section of the website for your convenience.

Permits are $150 for the academic year and can be purchased with a credit card or billed through Student Finance & Records.  Permits ordered prior to Orientation may be picked up in the Law School Bistro during the first week of class.   Proper ID and vehicle registration are required when picking up your parking permit – no exceptions.  Permits purchased after Orientation will be available for pickup in the Campus Recreation Center.  You will need your student ID#, found on your class schedule, in order to complete a permit request.

Class schedules will be mailed beginning in mid July.  Parking permits will be available beginning Thursday of Orientation week. Please note you MUST bring a copy of your vehicle registration and proper ID to pick up your parking permit.

Should you have any questions concerning permits and parking, please contact Catherine Tobin, Assistant Manager of Transportation and Parking (email preferred) at parking@rwu.edu or 401-254-3703. In most cases, permits ordered online at http://rwu.t2hosted.com/ will be available the next business day (after Orientation week).
