Tom Quinn is a partner at Pierce Atwood LLP, where he represents banks, service providers, and non-depository institutions on a wide range of regulatory issues.  He counsels clients on state finance lender, loan broker and servicer license requirements and drafts and negotiates bank service provider agreements, asset purchase and sale agreements, and loan servicing agreements.
