Zachary Darrow is Chairman and Founder of DarrowEverett LLP, a full service business law firm with offices in  Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New York.  Mr Darrow focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate development, financing and leasing, commercial lending, corporate, finance and private equity.  He also served as special advisor and counsel to former Providence Mayor Angel Taveras, advising him on the disposition and redevelopment of land reclaimed through the relocation of Route I-195, as well as the development of the "Knowledge District" located in downtown Providence.
