This form is to be used to request an exam reschedule for exams that are scheduled for the same day. All other exam reschedule requests must be submitted to the Dean of Academic Affairs Collen Brown cbrown@rwu.edu using a   Deans Variance Form.

Students with approved testing accommodations should contact

Rescheduled Exams will be scheduled to the closest make-up date after the missed exam.
Exams are not rescheduled to an earlier date than the originally scheduled date.
