URI’s Schmidt Center for Labor Relations and Human Resources is presenting its Labor and Employment Law Conference on Friday, April 4, 2025. This year, the Center’s 37th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference will be hosted at Roger Williams University School of Law in the Honorable Bruce M. Selya Appellate Courtroom. The conference features labor and employment lawyers, academics, and speakers from federal and state agencies. Recent topics have included Rhode Island Court updates, legal implications of new human resource practices, employment arbitration cases, federal court decisions, National Labor Relations Board decisions, and federal discrimination cases. The conference is open to the public and will benefit anyone working in the labor and employment fields.

This program is pending approval for MCLE and SHRM PDC credits. 

Tickets will not be eligible for refund but may be transferred with advance approval by the URI Schmidt Center Team.
