This form may be used:

  • to request a letter of good standing for a transfer applications
  • to request a letter of good standing for a job or internship
  • to request post-dismissal or post-withdrawal letters of standing

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This letter is for purpose of certifying good standing only and will not include GPA or class rank. 
All letters of good standing will be emailed to the recipient institution, unless you provide otherwise in the comments section. You must provide the email address for all recipient institutions. Also, please still provide the full mailing address for the letter heading.
